The program allows candidate to earn a stipend while simultaneously gaining practical experience in industry. Under Work-integrated learning on job training is mandatory part of the curriculum to gain practical experience. WILP often involve partnerships between educational institutions, facilitators, employers, and industry organizations to ensure that the work experiences align with the learning objectives and meet the needs of the industry.   Learning Component: Alongside their work responsibilities, participants also engage in educational activities.
